PART III: Quarantine Tips for our reTREAT time

These times are quite surreal with this pandemic upon us. Within all the lock down’s and virus threat it is a powerful time to RESET and to RE-ADDRESS our health and what self care really entails on all holistic levels of our body – emotional health, mental health, physical health, spiritual health. Making sure we balance and nurture all of these for ourselves and our families. There is a silver lining in this lock down time and a true gift of paused time and for some of us even paid by our government’s! Being in the first world we have it so easy – we can isolate and stay warm, fed and housed in our ‘family bubble’ and we can catch up on this slowed down specific time together. I have come up with some tips to help you all at this time in isolation – some ideas to keep you in a routine as we can really have productive days as well as restful and more mindful day’s. Tuning in and getting to all those things we ‘put off for a rainy day’ too! Here are 4 more health tip’s for you as PART III of my Isolation/ reTREAT tips…

1. MOVEMENT – stretching and/or literally ‘shaking out’ the whole body can be very invigorating, afterwards your nervous system will thank you for it(!) as this calms and helps the nerves to ‘discharge’ extra energy/ literal electrical charge which can come with stress. We are like any mammal where we literally need to shake to disperse/ release any trauma or shock to our nervous system.

Anything that gets your cardiovascular system moving/ stimulated will also be beneficial for the nervous system to get more balance, e.g: on the spot running, jumping, knee up’s, skipping, using a tread mill or re-bounder. Plus I have covered callanetics, mat work & core strength in my last email to you 🙂

Or… even JUST DANCE for EXPRESSION and CREATIVITY, as this can really help stress and/or mental health/ well being! Put on your fave tunes and just BOOGIE out, shake out and do what ever you need to! Any extra nervous energy can then be dispersed/ leveled out. The body & mind LOVE movement!

Plus literally ‘tapping’ the whole body can help energize and move stagnant Qi through the organs and limbs – helping general cellular health and body systems. Anything that stimulates blood flow will stimulate lymph flow and help interstitial cellular circulation in turn. The body is all about FLOW to stay healthy and this FLOW is about every body system filling up with fresh oxygen/ nutrients and then being able to DRAIN away waste products from body systems/ movement and to excrete toxins/ free radicals. It is when this healthy flow is blocked or compromised that we get ailments or ill/ low health!

So anything that creates movement is a PLUS!…, e.g. remember the old sports injury technique of alternating heat and ice on the injured/ painful area?…  apply heat for 10 mins, ice for 1 min… then change the heat to 9 mins and the ice to 2 mins. You slowly decrease the time for one and increase the time for the other. A great simple technique to create and enhance CARDIOVASCULAR FLOW to any area of pain.

I also use internal CPTG Essential Oil’s for cellular health & numerous wholefood supplements*, which I discussed in Part I & II email’s.. plus I use biohacking activator nootropics*  for more optimum cellular health. (as discussed below).

2. Using WATER is very comforting, but it also essential to keep up at drinking at least 2 – 3 liters per day. Using good quality natural electrolytes is recommended for efficient hydration and for essential minerals to help cellular health. The element water is likened to emotions, it helps move emotions, help’s flow, help’s cleanse and clear. Long hot showers or long hot baths… adding extra alkaline % solution with epsom salts, cider vinegar or baking soda, plus coconut oil and/or your favorite relaxing/ de-stressing Essential Oil… to soak, BE and BREATHE!

Remember the importance of filtering your drinking water (especially in the cities) and the importance of alkalizing/ activating it.

3. Using Electromagnetic Frequency (EMF) Harmonizers on your body, on your devices and in your home/ office. These harmonizers protect your cellular healthy high vibration. Please note that EMF will be getting to a higher more intense frequency as 5G is fully released, especially in cities. Hence it is imperative to protect you and your family even more. These harmonizers are ‘physic’s meeting physic’s’ and they help ‘harmonize’ and lower the intensity that EMF can ‘invade’ the body with. This is turn depletes and lowers our literal mHz/ cellular vibration and as a result lowers our general health, optimum body functions and hence it lowers our immunity!*

4. Using high quality herbs as tea’s or tinctures for your specific needs is very helpful and effective Plant Medicine.
